WHO YOU ARE

You are someone who wants to influence your own development. As an ideal candidate, you fulfill all of the requirements below:

You recently completed a degree in Business Administration,
Economics, Accounting, Engineering or an equivalent field

Early stage of your career: You are a graduate with up to 2 years of (Finance-related) work experience, including apprenticeships and internships completed throughout your studies

At least 6 months spent in a foreign country, ideally 1 international internship

You are a strong team player and can integrate well into different cultures and business settings

You are a quick learner and passionate about continually developing your capabilities and expertise

Final Assessment

Our application period in 2018 will close on July 23th. After a pre-selection phase, we will invite successful candidates to complete an online assessment. In a consequent step, we would like to learn more about applicants in phone/video interviews.

The final candidates will be invited to a 2-day final Assessment Center which takes place in one country in Latin America on September 27-28, 2018. All expenses related to hotel, flights, ground transportation and meals will be covered by Roche.

The start date of the program will be in January 2019.
